专利说明:
In a particularly preferred form of the felling tool, the edge is defined by an angle alphabetween a radial line from the center of the cutting tool for the axis of rotation and another keythe edge of the cutting tool at its front end in the direction of rotation which is between 115 and 120degrees and a corresponding angle beta at the rear end of the edge in the direction of rotation which isat least 5 degrees less. This gives a very good cutting effect. Even where the beta angle is between105 and 115 degrees, good cutting effect is achieved. An alternative way of making the edge of the cutting portions is to make the edge so that the ratio betweenthe length of a radial line R1 starting from the center of rotation and running to the intersectingthe beginning of the edge, with respect to a leading edge of in the intended direction of rotation located atthe cutting portions and a radial line R2 which starts from the center of rotation and runs to itthe end of the cutting edge, with respect to a trailing edge located in the intended direction of rotationof the cutting sections, is between 0.5 and 0.7, which gives a good felling ability. By oneratio of 0.6, very good felling conditions have been measured. Brief description of drawings. The invention will in the following be described in more detail and explained in connection withExemplary embodiments, shown in the accompanying drawings, areFig. 1 shows a felling tool provided with three cutting sections according to the invention from the one inuse position downwards, side facing the ground,Fig. 2 shows the felling tool according to fi g 1 but in a perspective obliquely from below,F ig. 3 shows how a felling tool according to fi g 1 or 2, in an almost flush with the middle partplane with the help of the benign, oblique grinding under the edge "climbs" over one on the groundlocated stone,Fig. 4 shows a felling tool provided with two cutting portions in an oblique perspectivefrom above,F ig. 5 shows a felling tool according to fi g 4 in plan view from below, andFig. 6 illustrates suitable edge configuration of the cutting portions. Description of embodiments. Figure 1 shows a felling tool according to the invention from below, with reference touse mode, as this side is intended to face the ground. From arrow 1 it appearsintended direction of rotation. Figure 1 shows that in an embodiment of a felling toolaccording to the invention, a planar disc 2 is included, which includes a middle portion 3 which is mainlyis contained in a circle marked with a dashed line 4 in Figure 1. In the center of the center party 3There is a through hole 9, which is intended for attachment to a drive shaft of a drive tool.such as a clearing saw or equivalent. At the periphery of the circle marked in fi g 1 of the felling tool, three cutting portions 5located, rotationally symmetrically arranged. The cutting portions 5, which in this example are integratedwith the middle part, extends with the middle part as a base outwards ear-shaped in plane with the middle part. At a radially outer edge of the cutting portions an arcuate edge 6 is located, the edgeruns from a point 7 of the leading edge of the cutting portion 5 in the direction of rotation seen, convex outwards andbackwards, from the direction of rotation to an end point at a rear, back towards the middle part itselfextending, adjoining the middle portion, substantially radially extending and terminatingrear edge 8 of the cutting portion. In other words, the cutting edge is so designed that it cutspower is achieved, in contrast to the felling tool of ordinary rotary lawnmowers that mow ortears off the grass. The edge 6 of the cutting portions, the cutting, outer portion of which is sharply ground, lies, as shown in fi g 2and 3, flush with the top of the felling tool as intended for use, andthis has been achieved by an oblique grinding 9, where the grinding is delimited by on the one handthe edge and, on the other hand, an arcuate adjacent to the lower plane of the felling toolcurve line, which runs at an equidistant distance from the edge but offset inwards the middle part ofthe felling tool. The outer edge of the cutting portions thus shows an oblique, curved surface 10 extending below the edge, between the top and bottom of the felling toolunderside, obliquely inwards towards an imaginary, extended axis of rotation of the drive gear intended tocarry the felling tool. The planar plate 2 suitably has a thickness of about 5 millimeters, although other thicknesses are conceivable. However, the thickness should be of the order ofthe above-mentioned effect of "sliding" over obstacles on the ground is obtained. You have to do thisof course take into account that the felling tool must not be too heavy, ie there is an upperthickness limit. Figure 2 shows a felling tool in accordance with what is shown in Figure 1 in an oblique perspective.from below, with the same references as above. Figure 3 shows a felling tool according to Figures 1 and 2, in an almost parallel tothe felling tool's 2 own plan. Here is how the cutting edge during use and atthe finding of a stone 12 is protected by the oblique grinding under the edge. The oblique grinding causes the cutting section to slide or "climb" upwards in the direction of the arrow 12, overa stone lying on the ground ll. The oblique grinding 10 is in the figure turned away from the viewerof fi guren. This means that damage from rocks and other obstacles in the ground to a large extentis avoided and the sharp edge remains undamaged. Figures 4 and 5 show a second embodiment of the invention. Here is a felling tool15 provided with only two, outwardly directed cutting portion 16 starting from one of the cutting portionscohesive center portion 17, which is provided with a balance from a rotational point of viewarranged cutting hole 18. The cutting portions 16 also have here an edge, which has the shape of a curvewhich in turn extends in the direction of rotation 19, from the leading edge 20 of the cutting portions along onefrom the central portion outwardly running, outwardly convex curve to terminate at a trailing edge 21 ofthe cutting section. The edge connects, as in the embodiment described above, to an inwardly inclinedslip surface 22. In Figure 6, a felling tool in accordance with Figure 1 shows how radial lines fromthe center of the center section meets keys to the edge at its front and rear ends. It has been shownthat it is advantageous if the angle ot between the radial line R1 and the key T1 at itthe front end is between 1 and 120 degrees and the angle ß between the radial line R2and the T2 key at the rear end is at about 110 degrees. The shape of the edge can also be designed so that, with reference to Figure 6, the relationship betweenthe length of a radial line R1, which starts from the center of rotation and runs to the intersectingthe beginning of the edge, with respect to a leading edge of in the intended direction of rotation located atthe cutting portions, and a radial line R2, which starts from the center of rotation and runs to itthe end of the cutting edge, with respect to a trailing edge located in the intended direction of rotationof the cutting portions, is between 0.5 and 0.6. For some types of plants, the ratio is 0.5optimally. The invention is not limited to the embodiments described in the examples above, butis limited only by the invention as claimed in the claims. Thus do not have tothe cutting sections can be integrated with the middle section, but the felling tool can be divisible atbetween the cutting portions and the middle portion considerable interfaces, which may consist of e.g. onebolt joints so that the cutting parts and the middle part have corresponding holes through which boltscan be moved and tightened in the usual way with nut and locking. For the optimal angles tocontained, it is advantageous if the tolerances are small and that the bolts have a cylindrical, unthreaded part that is position and tolerance adapted to the holes for minimal play. The center holecan be of other than circular shape and must not be a hole but can consist of onefastening device of some kind known per se, for example a fastening sleeve arranged at the middle portion. The numbercutting sections can be more than three, the number can depend on the speed register that the drive tool is capable ofachieve. The material in the felling disc can be of the same type as conventional bladesclearing saws, ie. a steel material. In the case of split felling tools as above, the materials inthe middle portion and the cutting portions may be different. In Figure 1, a double line is indicated by dashed linesbolt joint 25 showing how detachable cutting portions can be attached to a separate center portion (shown)for only one cutting section). The angles stated above of the edge of the cutting portions are admittedly advantageous, but theydepends on the type of felling that the felling tool is intended to be used for and canspecially designed for different purposes. A suitable angle on the edge of the grounding grinding isabout 45 degrees to the level of the felling tool.
